EVENT DETAILS

**1. TEAM OWNERSHIP AUCTION:**

  • **Date & Time:** March 27, 2024, at 6:00 PM
  • **Venue:** **Hilton ShortPump in Henrico** 
  • Individuals or Business Entities will participate in bidding for team ownership.
  • Starting bid to own an HPLT20 2024 team is $12,000.
  • Minimum bid increment is $500
  • A CHOOSE & PICK system will be employed for owners to select which team to start bidding with. 

For instance, there will be Six envelopes containing names of the 6 Teams. One random registered member will randomly select an envelope and pull a team name to determine the order of Team Ownership bidding.

 

**2. PLAYERS AUCTION:**

   – **Date & Time:** April 17, 2024, at 5:30 PM

   – **Venue:** **Hilton ShortPump in Henrico** 

   – A registered player list will be provided a week after the Team Owner Auction is completed.

   – Player information will be displayed on the screen for bidding.

   – The HPLT20 team will facilitate the auction, keeping track of sold players and team balances.

 

**3. GALA NIGHT:**

**Date & Time:** May 11, 2023, at 6:00 PM

**Venue:** **Hilton ShortPump in Henrico** 

  • HPLT20 organizes  this event for team owners and players to kickoff the tournament.
  • The Team will be introduced by team owners on this day.
  • Team uniforms will be distributed by team owners on this day.
  • The event will feature food, drinks, entertainment, and local talent showcases making it an enjoyable evening for everyone, including family and friends.
